Stylised/Realism Portrait Practise - July 2020

Here is a piece that I used to practise painting faces in realism, above is a portrait of Opal; a friend. This piece was originally painted in Photoshop using the Jay Chen art brushes, and took roughly a week to finish. I am satisfied with this piece to this day and have further developed my skills since, I am most satisfied with the colour story that developed; using an entire spectrum of colour was challenge but extremely fun.

Here is a very colourful portrait practise piece, originally drawn in Photoshop before I switched to Clip Studio Paint.
