Beastcoast Pride Month 2021 Art Commission

Before Pride Month 2021, I was approached to create a piece of art for esports org Beastcoast. The theme was their mascot "Crest" celebrating Pride, and this is what I came up with. Working with them was incredibly fun, and I seriously appreciate the opportunity being a member of the LGBT+ community.

Here is the original design with a banner that includes lettering coloured to represent the multiple pride flags, which include: The original pride flag, bisexual, lesbian, pansexual, aromantic, trans, asexual, non-binary and agender.

Here are some draft Crests, including the final design (top right). Each sketch had a customisable aspect which would allows the brand to choose which designs they preferred and what flags they would like to include.

During June, the art was posted on Beastcoast's twitter. I enjoyed this light-hearted and meaningful commission immensely, identifying as a member of the LGBT+ community. I am thrilled to have worked for a organisation who openly supports and supports us.
